The sounds of laughter and merriment poured into the hotel hallways as Keri got ready for the big day. Keri didn’t have “bridesmaids” — she had her sisters and her sister-in-law! They were all elegantly dressed in their gorgeous charcoal gray gowns.
The bridal party and I made our way onto the Hartford streets to snag the limo and make the trip to the St. Patrick-St.Anthony Church just nearby. These high energy moments right before the bride arrives at the church are some of the best photo ops. Her smile has never looked bigger and she’s never more excited than right before the trek down the aisle.
Even with the church’s tall vaulted ceilings, the love I captured between Keri and Zack seems to fill the entire church. Based on the expressions of their friends and family, I knew I wasn’t the only one feeling it.
Keri and Zack were all smiles as we roamed the halls of Hartford’s grandiose City Hall. The flooding light through the tall windows cascaded into the stairwell falling delicately on the bride’s veil. I’ve been dying to photograph a couple at this location. It is certainly one of the most picturesque old-world locations.
