Erica and Tom Hartford Marriage Celebration and Vow Renewal

Erica and Tom — how happy I am that I was able to be a part of your wedding celebration and vow renewal. Like so many others affected by COVID, your dream wedding was put on hold — but only for a year! It was a beautiful day in Hartford, CT and you finally were able to have the party of your dreams with your family and friends.

This was my first time photographing getting ready photos at the Goodwin Hotel. It’s such a gorgeous space and beautifully designed — perfect for a stunning bride and handsome groom to get dressed. You looked amazing in your BHLDN dress and hair and makeup by the incredibly talented Mia at Upstyle, adorned with flowers by Brown’s Flowers.

Hartford City Hall was the perfect location for us to do your first look and take your couples, wedding party and family photos. I love this location because it’s beautiful but also because if it rains (which is did briefly!), you don’t have to stress about a rain plan. After formal photos we headed to Pratt Street for a few more photographs, then into the Society Room to let the celebration begin! There were so many great moments throughout the evening, from Tom’s hysterical speech to an unforgettable first dance.
