THE WEDDING photography experience

Step 1 - Let’s Chat!

You’ve seen my work, and you like what you see. Now it’s time to learn more about working with me! We’ll meet at my studio so we can get to know one another and you can tell me all about your wedding day plans. If you live remotely, we can also chat over a video call. We’ll look through albums, prints, and talk about my package offerings and decide which is right for you. I can answer any questions you have.

After our meeting, I follow up with a photography agreement and a wedding questionnaire so you can provide me with all the important details about your wedding day, including your family photo list, vendor details, and other key details about the day.

Step 2 - Post-Booking

My role as your Photographer isn’t just about showing up, photographing your wedding, and delivering images. I work with you every step of the way to ensure that all your questions are answered, that we are on the same page about the timeline, and that we can discuss how the photography will play into the schedule of the day.

Step 3 - Engagement Session

All my packages come with a complimentary engagement session. We will pick the perfect location and time for your engagement session. I like to get to know you as a couple and find out what places are special to you — then we pick a location that is meaningful to your relationship. You’ll receive a “how to prepare” sheet that will guide you through the photoshoot.

Step 4 - Leading Up to the Big Day

At the beginning of your wedding year, I reach out to check in with you and make sure the plans are the same. If you have all your details ready, we will work together to finalize the day-of timeline, and you will also send me your final family photo list.

I keep in touch with you both six and two months out from your wedding date, and then we check back in the month of the wedding to make sure nothing has changed.

Communication is key to ensuring that all your needs for the day are accounted for, and no surprises arise on the day of your wedding.

Step 5 - Image Delivery and Album Ordering

You are officially married and now you're dying to see your photos!

Within one week of your wedding I post and email previews from your wedding. Your full gallery of images is delivered within 4-6 weeks.

When I deliver your full online gallery, you will receive instructions on how to download the images, as well as detailed instructions on ordering an album or prints. It's all very easy to do through the gallery, or in person at my studio.
